As a therapist, my goal is to provide creative and effective treatment plans designed to meet each of my client's specific needs with the intention of facilitating their natural healing process so that they maintain optimal health and well-being.

Massage can come in many different forms. It is important for you and your therapist to communicate your expectations for the session, so that you receive exactly what you are expecting.
Couples Massage
a traditional Swedish massage used for relaxation and stress relief. Each person would receive their own massage therapist, while enjoying the experience together.

Deep Tissue Massage
can use a moderate to heavy pressure in order to facilitate release in tight muscle tissue. This is usually done in more specific locations on the body and is beneficial for injury rehabilitation or decreasing spasm frequency.

Local On-Site Chair Massage
Chair massage is a massage for a client who is sitting in a massage chair. The client remains fully clothed and no oils are used while their shoulders, neck, upper back, head and arms are massaged. Research indicates that a 15 minute massage results in decreased job stress and improves alertness. Chair massage helps to relieve stress in high-tension areas and improves energy and well-being. Corporate chair massage is effective in easing tension and boosts productivity during stressful periods or "crunch times".

Heated Stone Massage
uses a variety of small to large warmed stones that are placed on specific locations throughout the body. The heat not only feels great but helps to release contracted tissues as well.

Heated Stone Massage is also available for couples.

Oncology Massage
used as an adaptation for clients prior to, during, and after cancer treatment. This includes all areas affected by surgery, radiation therapy, I.V.'s, drains, skin conditions, pain, edema, or bone involvement. Gentle pressure is used, positioning and duration of massage is taken into account. Massage gives people with cancer a chance to bring together mind, body & spirit.

Relaxation Massage
uses very gentle pressure, the therapist will be working on your extremities, neck and back. This is typically a very general form of treatment, with the number one goal of relaxing you.

Sports Massage
is generally used for an increased athletic performance. It can help to reduce recovery time from your workouts, prevent injury and even speed healing of injuries. This type of massage would include more stretching and possibly deeper pressure.
